WDC Presents: Congressman John Sarbanes

Congressman John Sarbanes will speak on key voting bills in Congress.

In Congress, he serves on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, where he is the Vice Chair of the House Subcommittee on Health, and a member of the House Subcommittee on Environment and Climate Change. He also sits on the House Committee on Oversight and its Government Operations subcommittee.

Congressman Sarbanes authored H.R. 1, the For the People Act, to fix our democracy and give voice back to the people. He has worked tirelessly to bring Covid relief to Maryland families during the current crisis.
